FRANKLIN, PA | 2025 Chevrolet TraxApril 22, 2025Good folks. Put us in a loaner when we needed it and found a nice vehicle for my family when the warranty didn’t come through as expected. Dallas Tim and Bob were all excellent to work with. Would recommend. I am unhappy with the warranty situation and wish I would have learned more about warranty’s etc in the past. Bob was excellent from the beginning because he was the one who explained what was wrong with the vehicle. He was the one who was communicating with me multiple times a week for weeks. He heard my tears and frustration. He recommended me to sales. Tim was excellent to work with regarding finance and different options like refinance. Dallas was so kind to work with offered me water and a hat and showed everything on the vehicle which is beautiful. EXCEPTIONAL. I appreciate them all.Response from A. Crivelli Chevrolet

OIL CITY, PA | 2021 Chevrolet 1500 SilveradoDecember 11, 2024They got me in very quickly with an appointment! However 3+ hrs to change tires is a long time to wait might need more experienced techs working on vehicles… and even after all that time every one of my tires is a different tire pressure why? After that long they should have taken the time to make sure all the tires had the proper amount of air in them! They also did a recall and never cleared the check engine light on the dash so then had to wait even longer to go back in and have someone fix it… I’m losing trust in coming to Crivelli to get service done if small jobs are not done correctly how can I be confident in them doing bigger jobs..
